About the Stainless Steel Cooling Tower

The Fuliang stainless steel cooling tower uses a gravity-type water distribution design: hot water flows evenly from the sprinkling pan across the fill media down into the basin, while fresh air drawn in from the side inlets exchanges heat with the water and is discharged at the top. The result is stable, efficient cooling with low energy consumption.

Unlike traditional FRP (fibreglass) towers, the main frame, bolts and structural parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel — SUS316L and magnesium-aluminium-zinc alloys are available on request — solving the common problems of fragility, poor frost resistance and non-recyclability. Because the tower is built to shipping dimensions, it can be loaded directly into a container and put into service without on-site assembly or a special concrete foundation, significantly reducing installation cost.
